No refunds.

Return Policy

Special ordered items were ordered specifically for you, including backordered products, and are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We do not accept returns for items you ordered that were the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your regularly stocked item to request store credit. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. All accessories must also be included such as, but not limited to, chargers, batteries, blades, and attachments. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For in store purchases:

The consumer must bring the merchandise to the store where purchased in original packaging and new condition for store credit.

For online purchases:

To start a return, you can contact us at oc*********@gm***.com. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. There is a 10% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If we receive your item and it does not follow the return policy such as complete with all accessories or not in original condition, we will not process your return and you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item back to you. Unclaimed items after 30 days of being notified will be forfeited and we are not obligated to maintain storage of your item.

Damages and Issues with Shipping.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unclaimed Orders

Most shipments are shipped requiring signature at delivery. If the delivery is not claimed and returned, the item(s) will be refunded automatically. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Warranty and Defective Items

Each brand/manufacture has their own warranty policy and process. We are an authorized retailer of the brands we sell, thus, the brands will honor their warranty policy. Warranty claims must be filed with the brand directly. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for this scenario.
